Terms of Service
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing EventPhoto, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an event organizer or photography agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Usage Licenses
For Participants: When you purchase a photo, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., social media, personal prints). You may not resell these images.
For Photographers: You retain ownership of your uploaded works. By uploading, you grant EventPhoto a license to host, display, and process (including AI analysis) the images for the purpose of identifying and selling them to participants.
3. Digital Asset Delivery & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a high-resolution download is initiated. We provide low-resolution watermarked previews to ensure you are satisfied with the shot before purchase. Refunds are only considered in cases of technical failure where the asset remains unavailable.
4. Biometric Terms
You acknowledge that the effectiveness of our AI search depends on the quality of your uploaded selfie and the coverage provided by photographers. We do not guarantee a 100% match rate for all participants.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from:
- Uploading search images of others without their explicit consent.
- Attempting to scrape or reverse-engineer our AI matching engine.
- Circumventing watermarks through screenshots or editing.
6. Limitation of Liability
EventPhoto is a platform provider. We are not liable for the conduct of independent photographers at events, nor for any physical incidents occurring during events. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific digital asset in dispute.
